Republic of Heat is a Berlin-based club that sources small-batch European hot sauces and documents peppers and sauces in a public index.

Each box ships three rotating bottles within Germany and EU member states (no customs), with no repeats for up to 12 boxes. Independent European makers supply every release; peppers and sauces are logged for reference.
