Blackberry & Chipotle - Blackberry Scorpion becomes Blackberry & Chipotle! Basically the same sauce but a little smokier! A hot devil made from blackberries, fermented habanero flavored with smoked chipotle and ancho chili. Dark, a little smoky, rich and with a clear heat! As usual, it goes well with most things, but especially with hamburgers, BBQ/meat/grilled and Mexican. But also try mixing it into crème fraiche for a tasty cold sauce or mixing it with oil to get a hot and rich grill oil.
