Our focus is mainly on quality, fermented and authentic chili sauces, the way chili sauce should be made. We take no shortcuts and have delved deeply into the world of lacto-fermentation and store our finished fermentations. The finished sauces range from mild to strong and are everything from classic styles to slightly more experimental variants. The goal is always a balance between heat and flavor, regardless of strength level.
