Puli

A sauce inspired by the flavours of the Malabar coast of India. With a sambal-like texture, this is a spicy tamarind sauce with coriander seeds, curry leaves and Bird's Eye chili. Use it like a hot sauce, as a chutney, or as a curry base with coconut milk.
