It is an extremely delicious sauce made from Peruvian Aji Lemon chili peppers, grown on the Chili Hills farm, combined with aromatic peach. Medium to moderate spiciness, the fruity and slightly tart taste of the peach combines perfectly with the citrus notes of the chili pepper. Suitable for all kinds of meats and vegetables. Can also be used as a salad dressing.
