We’re a small Berlin crew who like getting people around a table with absurdly good sauces. This page is just us—photos, a short story, and what it looks like when we’re out in the world.

How it started (and keeps going)
Two friends (Simon & Nathan), too many chilies, and a recurring problem: people buy great sauces… then don’t use them.
We started running tasting nights, building mixed boxes, and writing simple pairing notes so sauce actually leaves the shelf.

About those AI pictures
The photos of us, the makers, and the boxes are real. The “Republic” lore scenes are illustrated with AI so we can keep costs down and the vibe consistent. If a picture looks too perfect to have survived a tasting, it came from the Ministry of Propaganda—and it never replaces real product shots.
