Shipping Policy
We ship with DHL or an equivalent EU carrier.
Deliveries cover Germany and select EU countries shown at checkout.
Once dispatched you receive a tracking email; subscribers also get monthly pre-shipment notifications.
If an order is lost, delayed, or damaged, contact contact@republicofheat.com immediately and include photos where possible so we can coordinate replacements.
- Handling time: 1-3 business days after payment is received.
- Transit time: 3-5 business days within Germany; longer for other EU destinations.
- Peak periods or public holidays may cause delays.

Returns & Refunds
1. General principles: We want you to love every order. EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under §§355 ff. BGB unless a statutory exception applies.
2. Withdrawal: Email contact@republicofheat.com within 14 days of receiving the goods (or signing the subscription contract) with your order details and a clear statement of withdrawal.
3. Refund process: Once the return is received and inspected, we refund eligible payments within 14 days via the original payment method. Shipping fees are refunded only if the order was cancelled before dispatch or the mistake was ours.
4. Returns shipping: Send returns to the address provided in your confirmation email. You cover return postage unless the items were faulty or incorrectly delivered. Keep your proof of postage.
