Chimac Sriracha Caramel Sauce

A sweet but spicy syrup that’s surprisingly morish. Our house made, small batch caramel is balanced with a mild kick of sriracha, fresh lime juice and garlic. Sweetness is married with a level of salt and spice that makes it the perfect addition to mealtimes - from drizzling atop of fried rice, to dunking cheese or marinating meats for BBQ.
