FUMADO

A deep, complex smoky flavour from the world's finest smoked chillies : Pimenton de la vera. Pimenton de la vera. A base of Belgian red onions long caramelized in brown sugar for roundness, Habanero peppers grown on the roofs of Brussels for strength, organic cider vinegar for a hint of acidity, and fresh garlic and black pepper for balance.
