Apocalypse
This explosive blend of Trinidad Scorpions and Chocolate Bhutlas will make you wish your brain was being eaten by zombies. Recommended for the very brave or the very stupid.
Armageddon
One dip of this sauce and you will swear Armageddon is coming. This blend of Carolina Reaper chilies and not much else will set fire to your very soul. We recommend not putting it on anything, unless you have a death wish. Also for extremely cruel pranks. Chili factor 666/10
Bison
The perfect accompaniment to any dish. This spicy mix of dried and fresh chili and the acidity of vinegar will light up anything you put it on. The classic wing sauce with some Piri’s perversion.
Piri Sauce
The classic. A mild (and moreish!) blend of ginger and chili. A perfect balance of spice, sweetness and acidity. Use it to top just about anything, or to give a bit of pizzazz to your cooking.
Trauma
The gateway hot sauce. Spicy enough to pack a punch but not quite enough for you to be reaching for the milk. Trauma sauce brings out the fruitiness of habaneros, the spice balanced out perfectly with a hint of acidity and sweetness.
