Big Yin is the nickname of Billy Connolly, Scotland's most important comedian of the last hundred years, whom the sauce is in honour of. It has all the flavours of Burns night (the traditional celebration of Rabbie Burns in January in Scotland.) Very cosy, very warming. Raisins soaked in single malt whiskey with maple syrup, cinnamon, onion and allspice. 7/10 heat level.
