Mild

Medium
Medium is flavour-forward with backbone-the balance between “I love this” and “I might have gone too far.” Think bright chilli warmth, slow-building fire, smoke, citrus, and depth. Medium by Republic standards means proper heat-already hotter than most “extra hot” supermarket sauces-while staying rooted in taste. Our most popular track: enough heat to keep things interesting, enough flavour to make you fall in love with every bottle.

Hot actually means hot here-at least one bottle will sting your tongue and make you grin through the pain. The others are packed with flavour and full of heat-the kind you’ll reach for again before the sweat dries. We select each bottle for flavour as much as fire, so you’re tasting something worth remembering, not just surviving. Complex, fiery, and built for meals that deserve a little adrenaline.

Is this a hot sauce club?
Yes-and also a small, friendly micro-nation. In practical terms, we’re a European hot sauce subscription club built for discovery: independent makers, rotating monthly themes, and no repeats for 12 boxes. Think “hot sauce of the month” - but with better stories, braver flavours, and a Ministry of Heat that files the paperwork, occasionally in the right place.
Can I pause or skip a month?
Yes-you can pause, skip, or change your delivery frequency anytime up to 5 days before your next shipment. You can also change your heat level in your account. After the 5-day mark the box is locked-the Ministry of Scheduling has already signed off.
Do you ship outside Germany?
Not yet-we currently ship within Germany only. EU shipping is on the way. In the meantime, create an account, use the Event Planner to organise tastings with friends, and log and rate every bottle in your Sauce Vault like a responsible citizen.
When do subscriptions ship?
We dispatch your first box in 1-2 business days and send a DHL tracking link when it ships. After that, your monthly box ships 1 business day after each payment date (e.g. subscribe on 15 November, future boxes ship on the 15th of each month). Exceptions apply for weekends, public holidays, and National Duck Admiration Day.
Which heat levels can I choose?
Mild, Medium, or Hot-your choice. Mild is flavour-first with gentle warmth for everyday cooking; Medium brings bold, complex heat that outpaces most supermarket “extra hot”; Hot is complex and fiery-at least one bottle will properly sting your tongue and make you grin. You can change your heat level anytime in your account, and we promise no repeats within 12 boxes.
What if I don’t like a sauce?
Discovering new sauces means you won’t love every bottle-and that’s part of the fun. We don’t offer returns based on taste. If one isn’t for you, swap it at a Wing Wednesday, gift it to a friend (or a worthy adversary), or use it in a marinade. Please leave a review on our site to help guide future boxes.
