Our Banana BBQ Sauce was born from a happy accident inspired by Filipino banana ketchup. Roots Radicals is a zero-waste, circular economy brand. This sauce contains 33% rescued ingredients and includes other Roots Radicals products like our Vegetable Bouillon.
Fermented Jalapeño
Our Fermented Jalapeño Hot Sauce is made from jalapeños slowly fermented for 6 weeks, developing a tangy, intensified flavor that perfectly elevates Mexican dishes, fries, pizza, pasta, eggs, soups, and more. A true Roots Radicals classic. As a zero-waste brand committed to the circular economy, Roots Radicals upcycles the jalapeño pulp to ferment green tomatoes for another signature product, while the garlic peels are transformed into our flavorful Baked Garlic Peel Salt.

Our Harissa Hot Sauce is inspired by a Moroccan family recipe of the traditional Tunisian hot sauce. Perfect with North African dishes, falafel, fries, stews, lentils, rice, or soups—it’s the hot sauce you’ll always want in your fridge. Made by Roots Radicals, a zero-waste company practicing circular cooking, it contains 40% upcycled ingredients, with by-products transformed into our Harissa Spice and Candied Citrus Peel.

Our Sambal Hot Sauce was inspired by a trip to Indonesia, capturing the rich, spicy flavors of this essential condiment. Slowly fermented red chilis blend with roasted tomatoes, lemongrass, ginger, and lime leaves for an authentic taste. Perfect for Indonesian dishes, soups, curries, or any aromatic meal. Roots Radicals is a zero-waste brand using 55% rescued ingredients and embracing the circular economy. The leftover pulp is upcycled into our delicious Sambal Flakes
